（contined edition 1） September 2017, the college has established links with more than 30 overseas colleges and research institutions in the United States, Britain and Canada etc. We have signed cooperation agreements with 15 overseas colleges and universities such as Kirk Institute of Life, Stevens-Henager College, Xinqiu University of Korea, Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology, Fooyin University, Yuanpei University of Medical Technology and I-Shou University etc. The expansion of the platform for foreign exchange and cooperation provides a strong support for the renewal of school running considerations, the optimization of management concepts, the growth of teaching staff, the strengthening of scientific research and innovation and the reform of education and teaching. 　　Each year, teachers and students are sent to study abroad; there are eight colleges and universities accepting nearly 100 students to study only in Taiwan. After obtaining the qualification certificate of employing a foreign expert unit, the college successively introduced Professor Li Mingwen from the University of California, Davis (UCD), and set up an assisted reproductive medicine research team to carry out researches and clinical results conversion in related fields and obtained support from the state natural science fund; it hired Professor Ying Qilong of the University of Southern California (USC) to be the chief scientist of the stem cell center to carry out researches on the conversion and utilization of stem cells; it retained Professors Cui Xichun and Wenxiu to be the director and deputy director of the department of stomatology technology in medical technology academy, to carry out talents training reform of oral cavity medical technology and action-oriented research for high-end oral products; it deepened the cooperation and integration of Taiwan's universities and colleges by introducing Taiwan professors and PhDs to undertake professional courses, which greatly improved the structure of professional teachers and improved the quality of professional teaching. 　　In recent years, with the aim of service, transformation and development, the college has deepened the reform of international talent training model and actively introduced global superior educational resources, carried out multi-level, wide field, all-around education exchange and cooperation, taken a series of measures, innovated management and service so as to steadily advance the road of internationalization development. In August 2017, the Henan Provincial Education Department issued a document formally approving that the college had obtained the qualification of recruiting foreign students, which marked a new breakthrough in the internationalization education of our college. It was of great significance to strengthen the teacher strength of the college and enhance the scale, level, strength and reputation of the college. In 2018, it successfully joined the list of medical colleges and universities in the world, and the internationalization development reached a new step.
